A man identified as Okpedeasiwe Godstime has been accused of taking his 2-year-old from his baby mama without her consent.
Human rights activist, Harrison Gwamnishu made the allegation on Instagram.
Gwamnishu alleged that Godstime lied to his child's mother that he wanted to make a video with the child, and then he absconded with the baby and his baby mama's phone to prevent her from reaching him.
According to reports, he did the same thing last year and a petition was written to the police.
He wrote:
''Dear Okpedeasiwe Godstime
NA BEG I DEY BEG, RETURN THE BABY TO HER MOTHER.
"This evening your baby mama was cooking in the kitchen and you lied to her you wanted to make video with her baby outside the compound and ran away with
her two years old baby. You also stole her phone so she won't have any means to communicate to you or call anyone. THIS IS NOT GOOD.
"You did same thing last year and we wrote petition against you to the police,
"Please kindly find a way and quietly return her baby to her.
"Please if you know him or his whereabout, help us beg him to return the baby to her mother who is currently helpless."
