Great naijapal I can't stop pondering over this speech from Chief Bode George  Huh?

“Those who came to welcome me, they branded as celebrating corruption. What a joke. They call me ex-convict; look, I won’t be the first and won’t be the last. Mandela was an ex-convict, Baba Awolowo was an ex-convict, and these are great men. They made it look like you being there, you are finished. If you don’t go through fire, you can never rise beyond mediocrity and ideology. You cannot!”- Ex-Con, Chief Bode George.

Do you really agree with him?  If yes/No give us reason(s)

I was in Lagos to attend a wedding the day Bode George was released from prison. Terrible day it was for my country people. As for Bode George comparing himself to Mandela, don't blame him. Prison food does funny things to your mind.

It is so bad that it is mostly people without conscience and and shame in them that attain leadership and great positions in Nigeria.
I am so ashamed on his behalf for having the balls to speak such rubbish. There are a lot of men and women like this in this country.
It is these people that are corrupting the youths and younger generations. May God help us to help ourselves in this Nigeria.

What a shameless old convict! There is nothing as sad as a old ex-convict who does not know
when to stay quiet and hope the public forget his criminal past. Ex-convict Bode Geroge is
unrepentant and feels that the people of this country owe him a reward for his financial crimes.
Soon he will be running for office or begging for high profile appointment. He hungers a position where
he can do what he does best.............steal the people's money.

This man should have been sent to jail for life. He is a crook who betrayed the people's trust.
He stole lots of money, conspired to defraud the Nigerian Port Authority, and had the audacity to
compare himself to the likes of Chief Obafemi Awolowo and President Nelson Mandela.

Someone need to tell this ignorant thief that Chief Obafemi Awolowo and President Nelson Mandela
were political prisoners not financial fraudsters. He, Bode George, a thief cannot be compared to
statemen (Awolowo & Mandela). Not even close.
