Age is not just a number.Age counts.There is alot of psychology that is tied to age.A man can easily have a fling with a lady that is older but when it comes to issues as serious as marriage,95% of nigerian men will go for a lady that is younger.And for a lady to date or marry a man that is younger,is actually looking for a man she can easily manipulate.Naturally, a girl of 18yrs of age can almost reason at the same level with a man within the age range of 25 to 30 when it comes to matters of the heart.But a boy of 18yrs of age,can hardly reason at the same level with a lady of  25 to 30yrs of age except he is a genius or he is extra,extra mature.Girls mature much more faster emotionally than boys of the same age.Believe me.

i disagree with you,when it has to do with marriage it count much in the world,everywhere but people neglect it,reason either the lady is well to do,rich and otherwise,look at woman who marry a man younger than then,the marriage is always instable ,you will agree with me that by nature woman grow  older than a man with the same age,then what happen during old age
In marriage many factor is put into place if the marriage is meant to last to death due apart
