so to say,it is not good.varnity upon varnity all is varnity varnity.ur marriage should not be dictate by circumstances.NNPC or whatever is a circumstances and it will come and go but marriage remains forever.that is marriage first,all othe thing follows.

The story, even if it's make belief, shows the insecurity of the Nigerian married woman. How is she sure that tomorrow the man will not kick her out penniless? Unlike in advanced countries, the woman in Nigeriais left in penury whenever a marriage ends. She has to make sure she gets that job as no one knows tomorrow!

And supposing she doesn't get the job? She would have lost out both ways. This is a typical outcome of greed. She never did love the guy anyway. She only wanted someone to put food on her table.

what if did not pass the test, and the same time lose her husband, this is one of the causes of suicide.
