Sorry but I would not call that Love but Lust. I would assume that your friend is well over 20 and a girl in SS2 would be no more than 16-17. Your Friend is looking for a cheap Sex partner. Tell him as politely as you can that relationship cannot work and if he insists tell him firmly to leave your sister alone.
