very sad story, i sympatise with the family, i am of the opinion that something went wrong according to the late kids mother,NPF should carry out a comprehensive investigation to unravel the masterminder of these evile act,Also the mother ought not to have look them up inside the room i left them alone,they areto little to be left alone in a house,if it is in advance country ,the woman must be arrested and tried, all the samemy sympaty goes to the family.
