I had to take my vehicle to my mechanic in Nigeria and he was telling me about this girl he sponsored throughout her university years which her parents had consented on a future marital union between the both of them. After the girl graduated,everything changed. The girl's mother became against him getting married to her daughter. She even supported her going out with another guy that apparently had more money. Funny thing is that, each time the mechanic came to see the girl, her mother will get furious and asked him how many time he had taken her daughter out to Mr. Biggs where her new man frequently takes her. Well to cut the long story short, the man ended up not marrying the chick and now the mechanic is trying to go back to the chick(which i thought was a bad idea). the worst part is that the girls mother wants the mechanic to apologize to the girl. I asked him why she wants him to apologize, he too do not even know... Crazy Aint it. Why in the heck would any guy apologize to his cheating woman just cos she said he caused her to cheat. WTF?

@poster there is more to dis story you're not telling us. Apologize for what? for not buying Mr. Bigg's? i guess these mechanic might have done something to his gurlfriend before their 1st separation.

the mother of the woman is stupid...why is she even interfering on this relationship for?she forget so easily that the man..was the one who see her daughter through school...sum like that..if i am the man umm after the marriage and stupid apology..she will see the other side of me ...hisss.

Mechanic...na 'M' Mumu...na 'M'....but Man na Master....so therefore, na still 'Mumu' ....Thank God sey i no be mumu and can never be mumu,.....The mother and d girl are very heartless and crazy..if it wasnt for love they shuld have admitted earlier....

i always say it dont send anybody that is not your wife or sister to school , even if it is your wife let her go for all this workshops abii school nah by force, i know of my uncle he sent his wife to unilag and she started spending his money on boys , and threatened to poison him if he gave her too much stress, boy or girl dont sponsor anybody that is not ur husband or wife , unless u just want to help the person out not bcos u intend to b married or to get something in return , just charity work or for the love of GOD anything other than that please dont do it, yes most nigerian mothers r only interested in money the guy that has the biggest pocket, they dont care if he is compatable with thier child, no b today e don tey

There is nothing more to this story that you haven't read yet. The guy didn't do anything to them that is bad. he felt they mistreated him because he is a Mechanic and the other guy has more money than he does. But from what i saw, this guy has genuine Love for this girl, but it is not worth it because they might repeat this nonsense to him again.

let the guy...just accept his fate, instead of going for what cant be his own again.....i dont think they were destined to be together...and bsides...must he have loved to trian the one he loves and seeing other poor children around without a helpin hand....i guess, that's suppose to be some kinda punishment...or he shall reiciev blessings from God oneday...he helped a strivin poor family..and he shall be rewarded for it....for sure!! Well too bad anyway!!...mayb he doesnt deserve the girl..mayb he does..but its all love..love doesnt really always go the way u expect..let him just accpt his fate..that all!!
