No wahala with spending - na money wey u get you go spend.
Please just tell us publicly on  inauguration day the total power generated by PHCN (as at 28th May 2011),the reason being 4 years down the line in 2015(God willing)we will ask the same question again,and we will also appreciate if you tell us the total amount spent during the period on power.The Oyinbo man says once bitten twice shy.
Now that we know the likely effects of nuclear power mismanagement(the Japan experience,though through no fault of theirs) i dont think the govt. will go down that avenue of 'chopping'.
