Pretty sure a Buhari wouldnt do something like wasting such amount on rubbish inaugration...to me we've had the wrong person as presdent buhari would av been a sensible one..as you can see 5 billion nlt even 5 million but billion  is being wasted already...you can just share dat money to every nigerian all over the world that would make more sence and make ppl happy (imposible tho)..piece of rubbish..
