I think yall should take a chill pill....when you are asked to further your education u won't.....the left out job for you to do is dirty jobs, u just hav to work like an elephant an eat like an ant....to be honest uneducated Nigerians act like hooligans and monkey.....when u are educated iit changes your mindset and composure.....U can't b educated and act educated and yet be called "Black Monkeys" nah that's so not possible.....even black Boss treat their worker's badly so what are we saying? Forget about Racism and act decent nobody I mean not even a whiteman would insult you.

Racialism should not be tolerated in any society.
The correct way is to praise and motivate your workforce.
The workers performance levels will go down as a result.
If this happened in Europe, the white bosses would be prosecuted and throw in jail.
