I disagree with you. Instead, i could say he is making way so as to be in full control of his administration because he must bear the full responsibility. Not a bad way to start anyway.

Mr President is voted for change and he has it in mind. My prayer for him now is that he be able to select people that are willing to help him execute his plan for change so that at the end he will not be hated like some aimless leaders of the past.
