Quite obvious this family has brought shame to the stage and the wife is wounded actually. But if she did spread blood of the wound on other part of her face, that means she has evil intention against the image of his (ex) husband which is the embarrassment.
And i can guess such on the picture just that i cannot confirm it alone; experts in graphic art can do that well. You can take a look yourself if you can understand graphic work.
