I can say it is a suspicion in the mind base on what people can boast of. That's not a big deal anyways cos i am sure that if govt stand up against all these nonsenses, nobody will need to know where those touts belong, and there will be no need of calling names. Calling names is a bad sign of hopelessness on the masses.   :(
