I have never seen a guy with a boxer on a street or any social/public place. I only know of sagging which I personally hates with passion even as a guy. I have never done that and I will never do it, so those WHO are fun of sagging should please take correction because it is not decent and it is the same as a lady walking in the street with short skirt or a "SPAGHETTE"/showing parts of her BOOBS outside. "YOU ARE ADDRESSED THE WAY YOU DRESSED"
