OF WHAT USE IS PROBE PANEL TO NIGERIA?

Mny atimes, when anything negative happens
in Nigeria, we hear that a probe panel has been
set to investigate the cause and take action.

E.G the last killing of corper in the North.

Before now, we had so much of such panels with
no result to show for it, no action to back any up.

Of what use is really this probe panels to us?
I am angry and disappointed that till now nothing
has been down about our slained corpers, yet they talk
about probe panels and investigations.
