if they can follow it up its a welcome development.but let it not be an avenue of rooting.here in china u a chinese man will following u around for u to drop a robber plastic water that u buy to pick it up cause they need it much than the water inside.even poly bags.

I think this kind of idea is for long due for our building industry, because the ordinary person in the street is really going through
hell in terms of accommodation. Government  should create a body that
will find an alternative to some building materials like cement and rods(reinforcement) that alone will bring
down the price of building and owning a house in the country and then eradicate housing problem in Nigeria.
