if a plot of land cost one million naira 4 example, how can a house cost 1.5m naira, well i pray it should work in the name of GOD.

please concentrate on infrastructure, electric and water shortages first. what good is a 1.5million home without power and water----basic human needs Huh? ???then fix the roads i beg, cars don't last long because of the pot holes. i beg you re-think this idea, first thing first!!!
