I don't see how not having sex with their partners will solve this problem. Afterall, their husbands/bfs are not the in the presidential cabinet that will make the decision. Unless they just want to arouse the anger of their partners to hold a strike against the central government. Another thing...this story sounds all too familiar I'd say. Is this not what the leaders in Nigeria do: promise and fail, especially when it comes to roads, electricity and all..

            If that is going to help them have the only road to their city tied, they should make the sacrifice and not be embarrassed by the possible consequences, cos men must be men. Unless they understand their women well, they should tolerate to suffer the fault of govt to bear the punishment of their wife on them.
            Nigerian women should use this method if it really work after all we are suffering promise and fail more than them i think.
