On account of 13 cents? Get serious!
Lady, here police collect money on the road openly. But what i don't know is whether it was 13 cent or more or whether this was what led to the incident. They use their uniform to collect money from drivers especially commercial drivers by force. This has been happening for a very long time without end. It has now sank into their minds so strong that some of them can even kill to get their demands.
