Many of those who have lost their lives and properties into such tragedies are deeply pitied. But those who had scapped through such incidences should not think it is luck that spare them or it is God's special favour on them because God is not partial. Rather these occurence should serve as warning to us all. It should alert us to the fact that no one is immune to the effect of time and unforseen occurence that can befall all human. (Eclesiastes 9:11) But they can still be prevented, because most of these happenings have our own neglegence in question. We should avoid carefree attitude against how we treat nature so as to avoid nature's fury. Because when it will eventually come we will partake of it.
As for our governments, their capacity is very limited ( Jeremiah10: 23) so don't expect overall attention from them.
USEFUL TIPS OF ADVICE: Wise is the one that has seen the calamity and proceeds to conceal himself, but the inexperienced have passed along and must suffer the penalty.(Proverbs 23:3)
