BOKO HARAM: Rivers Students In Borno Send SOS To Amaechi 
Trapped Rivers State students attending the University of Maiduguri in Borno State have sent a distress call to the Rivers State Governor Chibuike Rotimi Ameachi, to save them from the terror attacks by the of Boko Haram fundamentalists sect.

Maobuye Nangi Obu, the National President of Senate of National Union of Rivers State Students, said: “as I speak, students are their targets as some students are already reported missing at some points. As a result, the authorities of the University of Maiduguri on Monday,11 July told students that Maiduguri was unsafe for academic and social activities.
 
“They have asked the students to vacate the hostels for safety on or before 15 July, 2011. Rivers students are in dire straits and therefore need urgent response from the Rivers State Government to transport them from Maiduguri back to Port Harcourt on or before the expiration of deadline given by the school authorities.”
 
The student union leader appealed that “Bauchi, Jos and their environs are not safe for students now. Please act swiftly and save your in children in Maiduguri.”

This is serious. What happened  all of those states that vowed to get their indigenes out of that place? Governor biko kwa oo. Help your indigenes.
