y i thk god 4 the family of dis young lady,  but was dis person properly examine before she was dump into mortuary and how come its the roadsafty that has to decide if the victim are dead or not. many people have lost their lives as a result of incompetency  until the bastard greedy govt  invest into health system and road  situation like dis  are going to be worst.
