Serving God or attending church activities is never a wrong move by any married woman, but choosing to respect Pastor's order over that of the husband's is totally wrong, I have never seen any verse in the bible telling women to submit to their pastors rather than their husbands:

 22.  Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

 23.  For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. (Ephesians 5:22-22 KJV)
