How many have bicycles in Nigeria today? My old dad 30 years biz in cycle parts is seriously down in sales. What is this non-sense I hear?
Instead of encourage something good buy improving trafic condition and regulation rules for the smooth movement of people by any reachable means. They want all to be car owners. Go to the west in summerand see that cycle is the best sports, transport amd fun for all young and old alike.
Our young girls and boys think its is a digrace to ride bikes. What a shameful and ignorant people.
