I have witnessed a couple wedding and engagement occasions where fathers wept like spanked babies. One father caused an emotional moment at his daughter's wedding by crying for over 5 minutes which resulted to his daughter crying and begging her daddy to stop. Are these as a result of emotional attachment they have for their daughter or a mere jealousy that another man is taking their beloved daughter out of their houses? Does this express the love they have for their daughter?

Are u kidding me? Unless some sort of incestual relationship is going on, it's only normal that a father feel a lil jealous and emotional when they are giving their daughter to another man. That is because he has realized that his daughter is no more that little baby he used to know and another man is now responsible for the well-being of his daughter. It's a bit taunting and scary in a way. Such is life!
