Man you forgot that mineral found underground regardless of the geographical
location belong to the Federation. It will not be Kwara State oil just as the present
oil finds in the south does not belong to Rivers. Delta, or Ikwa ibom states. All the
revenue go to the national treasure where your leaders steal them.

Yes, that farmer needs to be compensated for any loss of property to
exploration. However, the money grabers/ thief politicians will look
for a way to cheat or steal the money from him.
