damn it! these people are heartless most especially IBB, can he finish all that money in his life time? and why the hell is world bank telling us this when they accept the money in the first place without proper accountability from the stupid politicians? cos im sure if world bank were to start impounding these money it will serve as a deterrent to those looking to siphon the nations money and then stash them in foreign bank accounts but rather they wont do that, they will keep accepting loot from the greedy politicians cos they are also benefiting from the it
