when it comes to banana i love taking it especially the big and matured ones i cant stop taking them am so addicted to eating those bananas so so lovely

Public information my friend. Word of caution before you stuff yourself with too much calories. Be careful folks every food is good when taken in moderation. Too much banana is not good for you especially overripe ones. Too much calories in overripe bananas as the sugar contents will increase. Though natural sugar but do be careful with those non organic bananas usually sold in western countries. I do generally agree with the goodness of banana.
