Is it proper to marry a man that is good in every other aspect but stingy to a fault?
Yes is proper to marry such man, there's no way he can't spend at least little on the wife, if he eventually marry one. No man is stingy to his own family. A stingy man would remain stingy unless he loves his wife...........but we know there are marriages that are devoid of true love....so when you add a stingy man to it, forget abt the man spending on his wife/family
