His name is is Mohammed Abdul Barra and he was the suicide bomber that drove the car loaded with explosives into the UN office, killing well over 200 people (Nigerian government claimed on 20 people died).
Other boko haram members are of opinion that he will be in Aljenah (Paradise) by now - as a martyr.

Wherever he would be doesn't matter because all we know are visions or dreams of paradise and hell, but what really matters is that they're taken out before more innocent lives are lost violently for nothing they has no part of.
