HIV: Can it be contacted through Kissing?

As we can protect ourselves by using condom how can one protect self if for instance HIV can be contacted through kissing.  Or should we start using mouth condom?

That's the risk we take for doing some things, if you don't want to take the chance then don't do anything at all .

lol @ mouth condom. dat's be too awkard, a mood kiler right dere but wat i heard is in some rare cases you can actually get it through kissing if there person has an open sore in there mouth or on their lip.

It depends on how long you kiss

5 mins - Cold
10 Mins - Slight fever
15 Mins - Malaria
20 mins - syphilis 
30 mins & above - HIV/AIDS
