No, i don't even think it's possible, they gotta come up for air. but as for dat stats no way it's accurate, if someone's got hiv n say they got a cut in their mouth i would think ingesting it once would be enough for the virus to get in n if it's real kiss a few seconds is all it would take to get in contact with the mouth.

i dont think u can contact hiv through kissing
HIV goes through blood
that's why u should avoid using any sharp
object which may likely infact u
but be careful while u kiss so that u will
not kiss some one that has wound in the mouth
