Mid afternoon on Saturday 17 sept 2011, information spewed out of the rumor mills and powered by social network sites like twitter and facebook that Nollywood star Omotola Jalade Ekehinde a k a Omosexy has been involved in an auto crash in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja , alleging she is in a bad state. In minutes everybody was calling anyone that mattered in the media and showbiz community to get the true state of her wellbeing.

Thanks to the same source of the ill rumor-twitter, in minutes her management company BigSam Media dispelled the rumor by posting and stating twitter she is hale and hearty. The diva also joined in dispelling the rumor as she twitted these words “those of you who get up feel better hearing back news be careful. I am blessed and very blessed.’
