 What kind of devil is entering into the minds  of some Nigerian  men? Few years ago, armed robbery, last year, kidnapping, 2011, many of them have turned to sex offenders and rapists . Nawa ooooo!!! Those useless legislooters in Abuja should pass a bill on rape.  A sex offender or rapists should get minimum of 10 years prison term.  segxwal abuse like touching a woman  or a man without permission, or abusing minors, should carry serious sentences . This is issue of rape is too much ooo. A friend said they should be castrated. I support that proposal. Damn, God help Nigeria.
