its not necessarily means the citizen of BORNO STATE are the carrier , of the HIV now, the rseident is almost half of the population now or even more, the spreaders might be outsider
This is what is killing us in Nigeria by not accepting that u can be wrong or ur people. Trying to point finger at other people just to defend ur people when u know something is wrong with them. U can never solve a problem by doing this, a great deal of intelligence can be invested in ignorance when the need for illusion is deep.....The only true wisdom is in knowing u know nothing....

Illiteracy and ignorance are the cause of that.

The so called Nigeria leaders are the cause of the problem in Nigeria!i don´t even know what Goodluck Jonathan is doing there.Nigeria have alot of problem that they need to solve, instead they want to legalize prostitution all in the name of making money from the masses.God will punish each and everyone of them indulging their self in this act.

Lack of education is the root of "MOST"problems. If only our greedy government will invest in the educational sector to enhance the knowledge of the illiterates. Some of those people don't even know what condom is all about. Some ain't even got a what the virus is. In most of the rural areas, there are no medical facilities. How will they know they've got the virus without medical checkup? When they are ignorant of their conditions, they continue having unprotected sex, giving birth to more children thus spreading the virus. Others have no means of survival even though they are aware of their medical condition. They tend to survive by prostitution. Majority of HIV patient have got no access to drugs or can't even afford it. Shame to our government. All the know is to legalize prostitution.

Have you forgotten that Borno (Maiduguri) is the HQ of boko haram? They will not allow them to go to school.
