Respect, Discipline and other disciplarary words you may think about.....they are all reciprocal , this boys are not kids neither are they justing starting their career forget about respect just get along with them respecting yourself as a coach and you will see improvement in the team. Siasia failed woefully cos of too much emphases on displine. Siasia is a good coach but he should no that wise men knows who and when to give respect. there is a big difference between under 20 boys/olympics boys and super eagles. It is a big shame for a whole Nigeria not to qualify for nations cup are accelerating or deccelerating. Is either Mr siasia emphasis less on respect and be given another chance to prove himself or forget about coaching super eagles.

Siasia as a coach has no justification for playing Osaze after 10 mins becos it was obvious he wasnt spirited to play for Nigeria,what was Emenike doing on the pitch when Siasia had Uche Ikechukwu a game winner on the bench,how on earth can he keep a player of Ahmed Musa wit on the bench when he was suppose to be on the pitch to win off the game by running riot at the 7 position,this has shown Nigerians that we dont know what it means to make hay when the sun shines a game of this magnitude needs an apriopraite use of the 1st 45 mins rather the stupid SIASIA and the stupid and IDIOTIC OSAZE and Emenike were busy setling scores of their grudges on the pitch to the detriment of the happiness and Nigeria as a nation,i had a big laf at the stupid coach cos he allowed his stupid discipline EGO to becloud his sense of good reasoning and judgment how on earth can you play Aiyenugba when we have a tested coach VINCENT ENYEAMA who the best footballer in the world  MESSI couldnt score against in the World Cup; i watched in far away Conakry Guinee, these boys need to be shot SIASIA WHAT CAN I SAY OF HIM HE IS JUST A DUMB ASS HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE INTRIGUES OF FOOTBALL DISCIPLINE MWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I HISS

Nigeria sucks ,the federal govt sucks ,the only good thing about Nigeria now is the Music industry,Nollywood and the Comedy industry,thanks to the likes of I GO DIE, BASKET MOUTH, I GO SAVE ,GANDOKI, D BANJ 2FACE WIZ KID, BANKY W .M.I,TIMAYA, to MENTION BUT A FEW.

lol lol I read the comments and I am not SURPRISE that majority want the COACH to leave. Typical ways for some Nigerians who see themselves in the indiscipline players and so because the same mote is inside of their eyes they cannot correct and speak the truth about the players. DISCIPLINE maketh a STRONG TEAM. When players goes to club and start making money, more money than what the country is giving to them; they become INDISCIPLINE. No one can talk to them because now the MONEY IS ROLLING IN. So instead of being HUMBLE they start exalting themselves.

Pride is not it. Pride destroy it doesn't build. This Coach is DISCIPLINE and his life is based off OBEDIENCE and this is why the CROWD is not with him. Jesus Christ never had the CROWD with him. The Multitude was with the Elders to crucified him and to give them the murderer The WORD always want their own. For me this COACH should STAY. There will be ELEVEN PLAYERS by now on World Cup Qualifying who will be HUNGRY to make A NAME FOR THEMSELVES. They will LISTEN and they will LEARN because they know after the BIG SHOW of the WORLD CUP then CLUBS will come running wanting to have them.

These are the ones Coach Siesa should go for. When a man is HUNGRY he will WORK for what he want. He will UNDERSTAND that to be who he want to be it takes SACRIFICE to achieve. When one already think that he/she had achieve then NOTHING MATTERS anymore they are in their elements. But when one want to ACHIEVE they will WORK TOWARD it . It is time young people here on this board start to look inside of themselves and the way they THINK. They are the FUTURE of Nigeria and their thinking is DESTRUCTION. Don't tell me that instead of a FUTURE CHANGE Nigeria will even become worst that what we are seeing now.

CHANGE YOUR HEARTS and your Mind will be change. It is the Spirit that associate with the Heart that will control your MIND which will allow you to be OBEDIENT and love OBEDIENCE. Hugs and blessings
