The child is black. Not that it matters. This is wickedness no matter the ethnicity. The child looks white because all babies have film on them when they are born and before they are cleaned up and brought to the mother. This means she didn't even wipe the child off after the birth.

I am beginning to think that a homeless seller gave birth to this baby on the street and maybe the baby was born dead.  That is still no reason to leave the child like that. She could have at least taken the child to the hospital or the morgue. This is really bad.  :'(
