PHOTO: Drunken Police Shoots Hotel Steward

Friday Onwuka, steward at New Paradise Guest Inn is hospitalized at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, after being shot by a drunken police.



U.M. Al-Awwal (Acting spokesman), said that the Mobile Police in question is under detention and undergoing interrogated at the command headquarters.


A female withness alleged that the victim was shot in the chest twice by the policeman over unknown disagreement. The MOPOL brough out his rifle and shot Friday Onwuka twice in the chest.
The Hospital is currently battling to keep Onwuka alive, who they said sustained serious bullet wounds.

It was reported that the MOPOL was allegedly acting under the influence of alcohol which we believe is no excuse for shooting.

This police problem of killing people any how is just too much in this our country i think they need to under go more orientation
