You better tell him before somebody else does. Depending on how you tell him, he may understand and see it as your past which doesn't matter but if he hears from a third party it may lead to seperation. Be wise.

The wise thing is to tell him before he finds out, and when he does you will regret it. Its good he knows now. If its true love you will know, if its infactuation you will know too. If he is better informed that will save the two of you a serious heartbreak down the road.
