My sympathies for peace loving people/muslims from the North. Its unfortunate that many other Nigerians may continue to hold you in some contempt and treat you with suspicion. So many Southerners have had their loved ones killed senselessly in the North since Zango Kataf. The current wave of sectarian violence/terrorism is not helping matters. My brother from the North, the problem is not an easy one. Think about it, that poster who made the offensive comment may be the blood brother/sister of a person who was killed in the North sometime in the past. Its difficult to make such people forget the pain. But no one should take it out on any particular region/tribe. Our country face very many challenges. We should forgive one another and try our best to stop our kinsmen from harming non-indigenes residing in our area. Not all Northerners enjoy strife.
