This is an assault, rape, abuse. This matter has to be taken to court and those men behind BARS for YEARS. Wat the hell? So wat if they are "EFCC officialssss". No one is above the law.

From the story narrated it looks like 2 were playing the games.
Dont forget that it is a game between consenting adults.
I dont think it is a rape and so the officer cannot be charged for molesting
However, i will term it as NEGLIGENCE OF DUTY, perhaps.
I am not so cool at judging misdemeanors

EFCC is not a credible body and it should be dissolved for a more independent financial, fraud and Investigation Bureau
