After recent events, I would have thought that dealing with Boko Haram would have a higher priority than jailing gays, but then I don't set the agendas over there.

and you can not set agenda for us,we nigerian condemn gay,lesbian ,watch out boko haram or what even the are called law will come against them both there sponsors .

If you decide to make something an offence, and you're calling for people to be locked up for it, you have to have the jails to accommodate them, which costs money, which comes out of your taxes. I thought it was a simple enough point.
