I disagree with some post here, Mr. GEJ is the best president sofar since 38 year. Come to think of it Why do think that labour can't go for strike and ask FG to probe coruption, cos the NLC it self is corupt. who are those occupying the poblic offices..? and if is the so call NLC member, how do u think they will call for the probe of themself...? I watch Channelstvonline. I even saw mall am Tunde Boko haram Bakeri shouting on top of his voice......!! Reply

Its inevitable to notice the frustration of the masses concerning the subsidy removal, but the imminent truth is that as of 2 weeks ago before the removal of the subsidy, Nigeria's sold petroleum products lower than any other West African or even any country in Africa. Even in the US petrol ranges on average from $3.25-$3.79 per gallon and thats about thesame with what the FG of Nigeria placed the price of Petrol per litre. My own concern is that the average minimum wage that Nigerians earn is damn too little and the FG should atleast make it $350.00, that should be about N50,000 or more , so it would not necessarily be a bother to any working Nigerian to afford. I support Jonathan's movement but he should have prepared the working class Nigerian for such a shocker before the over 100% increase in petrol price. Reply

The subsidy removal is good for our country economy, what the President did would have helped our country, his intensions are for good of this country, we wanted a President that will turn our country around for good so thats what he is doing, he alone has the boldness to do it, the past leaders could not because they feared what will be the out come by putting us into moro dept and then it ended up in there pocket/bank account.Bad news is that its a pity that the subsidy is affecting the poor masses, there iss nothing that the President will fight to turn Nigeria around that will not affect our country, if he fights corruption it will affect the poor,if he fights crimes it will affect the poor, nothing that he fights today will affect all those who looted away with our money in the past and If Nigeria can not survive during GJE term then it will take so many years again, the labour is not doing us any favor by protesting and striking, were they not around when all this depts were inflicted on the poor masses all these years, all we want is a President that will come and make things easy for us and put us in dept more, this Generation will only take the pain if they want the future Generation to be better. the masses are right for themself (Fact). But truth is that what the President is doing is the best for our country Nigeria. ReplyBen Uzoagba
