Nigerian youth are truly desperate for quick wealth which usually comes with a high prize if not fatality. Whoever does not learn and ends up in them shoes should face the judgement. I think they are the least problem Nigerian government should be worried about right now. There millions of patriotic Nigerians back home who have worked hard in to acquire education. In my opinion plans should be put in place provide them jobs and better opportunities to implement the knowledge they've worked and earned. Priority should be those who are willing to serve their fatherland and not those with selfish ambitions.

the people of nigeria all we need to do right now is to pray for them, and advice others back home to desist from such acts, over here in the midle east is 25years,and many nigerians re also in the prisons here serving jail terms,so we have to reorintate those guys back home to stop from those robish mind sets of beliving that drug is the only way to sucess, and the same time advice them on the need to focuse on any thing they re doing over there in our country becouse there re no place that riches is being heap for people to come and carry, most of us left our businesses thinking that over here is beter only to come over and see that we were even beter off at home, pls pass this information accross our people re surffring much out side that is what is leading most of them to that, and to those agent who decieve people of greener pasture abroud there by collecting there little money that they re maneging there life with only to come over here and starts suffring only God will pay u guys back, couse many of whom u decieve are sufring and dieing over here,,,,i rest my case,,,,,

It's very easy to blame the government for any gropss act of error a person in  the diaspora did. Whenever they 'hammer' do the government get any praise? We make choices everyday and we live by the consequences of those choices. They decided to get rich quick or die trying like 50 Cent sang about. It was their choice to induklge in drugs in the first place. Anyone familiar with China should know that drug dealing is a deadly venture. Why take the risk? Chinese nationals face the same consequences -- death---when they are caught and convicted of dealing in drugs. I live in China and I see with my very eyes what our fellow Nigerians are doing here on a daily basis. When they 'hammer' next thing you know they're in the bar spending money like there's no tomorrow. They quickly forget that China is a place where there are more surveiliance cameras per area than the number of cars in Abuja! The bad eggs amongst us here have given us a name worse than the devil's. The mere mention of Nigeria is enough to land an innocent person in trouble. Abeg make them carry their cross!

1000??  Black men have lost their pride! How can a black man step foot in the country of those who already think he is lower than they are and give them  the very ammunition to use against them?  Men of Africa have lost their spine and become like worms in the stranger's land.
