Folajuwani Ajayi, Nigerian nurse arraigned for fondling patient in the US

    Could It be another work of the devil or just a deliberate attempt to have a canal knowlegde of his patient? Fellow Nigerians, you be the judge as I present to you, Folajuwani Ajayi, A former Wishard nursing assistant accused of fondling a patient and videotaping it appeared in an Indianapolis court on Tuesday. The judge appointed a public defender and entered a “not guilty” plea on his behalf.

But police said the evidence against Folajuwani Ajayi pointed to guilt. His immigration status, though, could help him avoid jail term.

Ajayi is scheduled to face trial for one felony and two misdemeanor charges on April 2.

But court documents indicated while working at Wishard Memorial Hospital, the certified nursing assistant fondled an unconscious inmate being treated in the hospital’s detention area and videotaped it.

Innocent until proven guilty.but why d low turn out of comments?if it were a woman,lots of pple would have insulted her.why are Nigerians like that?

On May 14,2013 Ajayi Folajuwoni  was convicted of battery,a class A misdemeanor,vouyerism,a class B misdemeanor and segxwal deviant conduct a class B felony. He was convicted at trial by a jury of 12 citizens. His defense rested without a single witness or a word of testimony. He attacked an unconscious woman and video taped it. She very bravely stood up in court and said this act was without permission and devastating. We all hope he gets what he deserves!!!
