Abuja - The Nigerian police have arrested hundreds of illegal immigrants, most from Chad and Niger, in Benue state who had supposedly been recruited by the extremist Islamic Boko Haram group. Their entry into Nigeria had supposedly been facilitated by Boko Haram in order to carry out attacks on the Christian minority in northern Nigeria.
