 base on my own technical view,  any machine either blow moulding or injection always have contant switch.  in which means the machine will not activates without making contant   on the guard or closing door unless someone disenergise the switch [ safety switc and that is only when someone could be injured.  in summary there is foul play in this suitution.  my her soul rest in peace.
