ooh Nigeria,,, since they said that law is blind and that the business of the court will undoubtedly come to a halt if it is conducted on the basis of certifying one man alone. I think that magistrate should have started from the top so that the lower masses will no doubt be cautioned. i never said that the judgement was decided "per curium"
