Pandemonium as killer squad invade Borno market, kill mother,son, others

For residents of Zannari area of Maiduguri, Borno State, the murder of a 10-years of boy and her mother by gunmen over the weekend is still sad and shocking.

The mother and her son were killed when gunmen  invaded their house residence Saturday night around 8:30pm.

In similar development, a trader at the Gamboru Market and an unidentified man on the outskirt of Maiduguri were also murdered. According to eyewitness, the killer squad stormed the market square shot sporadic the air and flee after killing the trader who was until his death an iron bender.
