Let them free that old woman i think she is only trying to help this idiot, so he has 75,000 cash in his room and property worth 244,000  and he is still living near canal OLE, he want to rip where he did not sow.

in my opinion i am thinking that the help of a claim from the old woman might not be done in a good faith. {reason one} if the respondent s room is flooding with waters is it the back yard that is save from the flooding?.{reason two} there must be a previous issue between the respondent and the accused as to the reason why somebody who is being helping out by his landlady from having all his properties flooded with waters would turn against his helper. there is a previous issue between the two in the past but i am not in anyway concluding that the woman is responsible for the missing items . let the police investigate isa and some others who might be around during the evacuation process and also try to ascertain if there was a previous issue between the two that could lead to a blackmail. some people are not just too lucky with trying to give out a helping hand to others. everything is possibly in this world.
